ABOUT ME
TOM GROOM
I’m Tom and I’m an online coach and
personal trainer.
My aim is to not only teach you how to transform your physique, but show you how to do it whilst enjoying the foods you love and without sacrificing your social life.
Coming from a football background, fitness has always been a massive thing for me. I’ve been a coach for over 6 years and have helped hundreds of people shift their mindsets and conquer their training and nutrition.
I firmly believe it isn’t a “one size fits all” so my approach towards each client is different and everything is tailored towards them.
There will be no quick fixes. I’m not a fan of running someone into the ground just to get a quick result. A good transformation takes time.
There’s so many generic programs on the market, I guess you’re wondering how mine are different?
My plans are bespoke and designed to fit you. I make sure that the exercises and nutritional protocol suits you, not the other way round.
By filling in my consultation form I gather the information needed to devise the plan to get us started on your transformation.
Accountability is a massive thing for a lot of my clients, so we will stay in contact throughout the entire process. My job is to assist you along the way and answer any burning questions you have.
